Administrator Screenshots

The admin side of the software contains many exciting features, many of which are shown below.

1> Configuration: The easyDSE assessment tool has been carefully developed to allow maximum customisation with minimal knowledge and effort. You don't need to have high computer skills to be able to customise the software to suit your organisation.

SCREEN 1: This is the welcome page of the administration area. it allows you to access the all the areas of the software. The admin area is password protected so that only you are able to access this page.

SCREEN 2: You have full control over the configuration of the assessment tool. It is all made very easy for you. You can easily brand the software with your own company name !

SCREEN 3: You have the ability to easily create unlimited departments in your organisation

SCREEN 4: You have the ability to easily customise the questions to suit your needs

SCREEN 5: You have the ability to easily lock and unlock the survey in case you should wish to temporarily suspend DSE assessments.

2> Reports: The easyDSE assessment software can provide powerful statistics for you to proactively manage the DSE in your organisation. The survey will automatically generate graphs for you. All you need to do is point and click ! No mathematical knowledge required.

SCREEN 6: Here is a screenshot of the entire organisation's results to each individual question in the assessments. Note, you can also view this per department and choose your own timescale

SCREEN 7: Here is a screenshot that shows the distribution of risk per department. You have the ability to search for timescales that you specify. For example "last 6 months" or "past year", etc.

3> User Administration: The easyDSE assessment gets rid of the difficulty of managing users' assessments. The software will keep track of who is overdue for an assessment and who is high/med/low risk.

SCREEN 8: This screenshots shows how easy it is to find users in the system.

SCREEN 9: This screenshot enables you to find users who are (over)due for a DSE assessment. You can be confident that all users are assessed!

SCREEN 10: The screenshot below shows that 1 user needs to have his survey checked. (see screen 11 below)

4>Survey Administration: The easyDSE assessment gets rid of the difficulty of managing the assessments. The software will keep a record of ALL assessments ever carried out by an individual and also record any comments you make about the assessment. For your convenience assessments are automatically labeled as low/med/high risk enabling you to prioritise your actions.

SCREEN 11: This part of the software enables you to (optionally) record comments about a user's assessment. The flags are a convenient way to categorise assessments:

• Low flag = assessment ok, no follow up needed.
• med flag = assessment ok, see comments for follow up action
• high flag = assessment gives cause for concern, recommend high priority action.

SCREEN 12: shows all recorded assessments for a user together with the ability to delete or archive a user should they leave your company.
