The first lot of screenshots show the assessment tool from a user's perspective, on the next page are the screenshots to show the assessment tool from an administrator / HSE professionals perspective. What the user sees........SCREEN 1: Firstly the user is either prompted to login, or register. If a user has previously taken an assessment there is no need to re-register.
SCREEN 2: After logging in, they are presented with the welcome screen:
SCREEN 3: If it is the first time they have taken an easyDSE assessment, then they are required to view a short training presentation.
SCREEN 4: They then answer a series of specially designed questions to assess their own workstation

After completing the set questions, the user is able to add a personal comment to the survey.
SCREEN 5: When the survey is fully completed they are presented with specific advice based on the answers they supplied. Later they are also presented with further non-specific information about good workstation setup, stretching and lifestyle tips.
